Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Spoke. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Spoke

Spoke is a speech coaching and practice application designed to help you improve your public speaking, reduce filler words, and build confidence. The app records and analyzes your speech to provide personalized feedback.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Spoke. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Spoke offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

5. Audio Recordings

Spoke records your voice during practice sessions to analyze your speech patterns and provide feedback. By using the app, you grant Spoke a limited license to process your audio recordings solely for the purpose of delivering in-app analysis and feedback. We do not sell or share your recordings with third parties for advertising purposes. Recordings may be stored temporarily to generate session results and metrics.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Spoke to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; (d) use the service to harass or harm others; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Spoke is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Spoke is a practice and coaching tool; results may vary and we make no guarantees about specific improvements in your public speaking ability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spoke and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or loss of revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
